I've seen so much, i'm going blind

The exams are finally over. It actually feels like it's been an eternity, but it's really only been about a week or less. Everyone talks about being happy and filled with joy whenever an exam is over, but what really feels the most tangible is relief. Take the stress, pressure and anxiety away and ultimately what emerges is a sense of relief more than anything else.

Which actually leaves a void somewhat because you're looking forward to a break, and when it comes, it's actually pretty empty. Some folks can't stand that. Well, i personally think that we should take life one day at a time. At times we all get caught up in the wild, chaotic rush that surrrounds us on a daily basis, and fret about things that happen days in advance. We should all thankful for the little pauses we have in life.

Just a short post for today then. The video posted below is a song by Sigur Ros. I started off not wanting to post a video, beacuse it's easy to get caught up in using videos to substitute words. But i've decided to include it because it really fits what i'm trying to say. I first heard of Sigur Ros when i was younger, but didn't pay much attention to it. But recently i've been following some blog and this song was on it, and it is remarkably beautiful. Every (good) song has a personality or character i believe, and this song's essence was just so pure and beautiful.

I don't know who reads my blog anymore, but i hope this song provides you with some escape, no matter whether you're under a Chicago, Adelaide or just a Singaporean night sky. Good night, and farewell for now.
