every once in a while, you chance upon a article/post that makes you go, 'wow that was pretty cool'. I stumbled upon this blog entry a couple months back, and i just wanted to share it. Hopefully you'll find it to be pretty sweet too.

the fact that he is a runner and not a writer makes it feel all the more heartfelt. It's as though he doesn't write with the intention of sounding sincere, it just ends up that way. Pretty cool to me.
