hey, its been a while. no one probably reads this anymore, but still, its pretty cool to be writing (typing) again. been wanting to update for quite a while now. every now and then, i get a flicker of inspiration, but it dies out pretty quickly.

so i've graduated from catholic junior college and am taking my A levels pretty soon, just one week plus to my general paper, and i dont exactly feel ready. well, i guess time will tell exactly how ready i am. im just praying that i get good results, well good enough to enter a local university anyway.

well, bland school stuff aside. im getting mixed emotions leaving cjc. on one hand, its like argh! finally. and on the other, its 'im going to miss some people'. for better or worse, cj has changed me. and in quite a remarkable way. i dont think im the same person as i was when i first entered. whether thats good or bad, well..

anyway, a music update. im past my eric clapton phase, (his guitar playing is great) and these days, im heavy heavy heavy into sufjan stevens. the guy's music is pretty darn beautiful. and the fifty states project is really interesting. well, if you trust my taste in music, go check him out. good stuff.

finally, im entering the army in april. its pretty late, and i hope it doesnt affect my university stuff. most of the people i know are entering in either december or january. so im not exactly sure what i'll be occupied with during jan to april. i'll probably find something to obsess about and get busy with.
