every week, my ex cat high friends and i meet up and we wander around singapore. well, sort of. we talk and eat endlessly. haha. we joke around and mess around and in the words of edwin, "bu wu zhen ye". we're loud and noisy and lame. we do/say something stupid.

this week, for example, we bought this popcorn from 7-eleven (just cause gabriel wants to eat popcorn and says its cheaper than the popcorn in golden village) and tried to cook it. we read the instructions, which stupidly says "open, listen, enjoy!". of course, just for laughs, we took the advice literally and put the popcorn at our ears. anyway, we stuff it into the microwave oven, and we don't know how to operate the funny microwave oven. so we press a button, which starts the microwave and microwaves the thing for 30 seconds. so someone suggests, "why dont we just press the same button 4 times (it says on the pack to microwave for 2 minutes.)" edwin mutters something about hearing his mum telling him that handphone radiation interfering with the microwave oven might cause the oven to explode. so we all stepped back. imagine four guys standing in a semi-circle, looking at a microwave oven. after a while, we hear the popcorn popping and opened the microwave. took the thing out and went to macdonalds to 'enjoy'. on the way there, gabriel said, "see, we saved six dollars and fifty cents."

when we opened the thing, it was burnt and charred.

its stupid and very kid-dish behaviour. we dont do much stuff, and we can just sit and talk for two hours plus. but its also the only time of the week when im really happy and enjoying myself.
