listening to: Much More Inside by Electrico
ding dong. the clock strikes twelve.
christmas, my friends, is over.
im sixteen now. don't feel any older, wiser or other benefits.
i am legal to watch NC-16 movies and whatever now.
but it never really did stop me in the first place.
at least i won't have sneak in now.
the last year has been a terrible rush.
12 months passed just like that.
along with it went a whole lot of stuff.
class 4-6 is gone, at least physically.
so are many of its teachers.
and of course, the end of life in cat high.
10 whole years.
so many more changes have taken place.
no more choir.
hello to catholic jc for the first three months.
and life in a mixed school.
(oh dear.)
i had two birthday cakes this year.
so i made two wishes. ( i sound like a small boy.)
they say you can't say it out otherwise it won't come true.
but seriously, if things went according to my wish,
the world around me would be very different.
anyway, i still won't say it out
and although i remain somewhat skeptical,
i do hope the wishes come true.
pretty please.
christmas this year was a rather low-key affair.
no one celebrated it with me.
save for the annual barbecue at grandfathers.
but that isn't the same as going out with people.
i can't lie. i was sort of sad that i wasn't going out.
but as sherm told me,
remember im being loved.
and yes, i am grateful for everything guys (and gals).
somtimes i just feel terrribly alone when im physically alone.
it's hard to remember im being thought of at those times.
but hopefully, i'll finally be able to do that in the 16th year.
here's to the 16th year of existence,
the start of a new chapter,
to friends, old and new,
and to memories of a beautiful past.
